Wedding Videography:
Prices, as of Summer, 2007
Basic Wedding Package - $600
Two videographers, three camera angles, and an audio-recording of vows, all artfully edited together. Scenes of the reception are also included. 3 printed DVD’s with personalized covers, each including 3 stamps/programs: Wedding Ceremony, Wedding Reception, and Wedding Highlights.
Memory DVD (your love story) - $75
Includes up to 50 photos and optional audio or video interview.$1.50 added for each additional photo.
Rehearsal/Pre-wedding Candids - $100
We always attend the rehearsal to plan our camera angles, but do not bring our camera unless this option is chosen.
Mileage: There is no extra charge for weddings within 30 miles of Hillsboro, IL. A charge of $20 per hour of travel time outside of this area will be added.
Ask about our “Friends and Family” prices for affordable multiple copies of your DVDs! Give your Wedding Highlights DVD as a gift to each in your wedding party or to relatives who could not attend. Send DVDs to your wedding gift-givers as a unique way to thank them!

Memory DVD – Love Story/Life Story:
Standard Memory DVD - $75 (50 photos)
- Add $1.50 for each additional photo
- Includes photos, captions, music, transitions, and optional audio or video interview. 1 printed DVD with personalized cover
- Additional Memory DVD copy - $15

It’s a fact: Anyone can make a slide show of photos. Only Video Edited Memories creates a Memory DVD, which tells your Love Story or Life Story, using photos, creative transitions and animations, captions, music, and (optional) audio voice-over or videotaped interview, artistically and uniquely edited together.

LCD projector Rental: (Fall, 06)
$100 per day if DVD is our product
$200 per day if program is not ours
An LCD projector allows you to show your presentation to a large group.
Rental includes use of projector stand, DVD player, speakers or cord to DJ’s
system, and extension cord.
(Note: We will always set up the LCD
projector ourselves. If program is not
ours, its creator must be announced
to your guests.)

Check our availability, ask to have a contract mailed to you, and schedule an appointment to discuss your wedding in our home studio:

Steps to making your Memory Video:
(Love Story or Life Story)
- Call to discuss your project (217-532-3197 or 217-246-5478)
- Choose, order, and number your photos
- Write desired captions and indicate where you want them
- Gather CDs of special songs you want to include (or we can add appropriate royalty-free music we have.)
- 4 weeks ahead of deadline – bring photos to us; record interview, if desired
- Reserve LCD projector (Optional)
